Competition terms and conditions

About

These terms apply to any competition which is promoted by a TravelPerk group company. By
entering a competition, you agree to these terms. We can supplement these terms with additional
terms, which we will communicate to you at the time of entering the competition. Typically these
additional terms will include the prize, the criteria for entry, and the deadline for entry.

Unless stated otherwise in the additional terms, the promoter of the competition is TravelPerk SLU (of
Carrer Almogàvers 154-164, 08018 Barcelona, Spain).

How to enter

Your entry is valid if it meets all stated requirements. Entries are not valid if, for example, they are
received through a channel other than that specified in the rules, or they are received after the stated
closing deadline. The cut off time for receipt of entries on a specified date is 23:59hrs Barcelona
time. You are exclusively responsible for ensuring your entry arrives on time.

Unless stated otherwise, you aren’t required to buy anything to enter a TravelPerk competition (and
doing so will not increase your chances of winning). We do not return competition entries. We can
cancel the competition, or amend the terms applicable to it, at any time.

Eligibility

To participate in a competition, you must be at least 18 years of age on the closing date. You must
not be an employee or contractor of any TravelPerk group company, or a parent/ guardian, sibling, or
child of an employee of contractor of any TravelPerk group company on the closing date. We can
require that you prove your eligibility before releasing any prize. We can withhold any prize if you
refuse or are unable to do so to our reasonable satisfaction. We recommend you check the
additional terms for details of additional eligibility criteria before you enter the competition.

Playing fair

Any prize entry you submit must be your original work. Unless specifically authorised in the
additional terms, we will disqualify any entries which exploit the work of third parties (in a way which
does not comprise ‘fair use’) or which have been created using generative AI.

Unless stated otherwise in the additional terms, all competitions have a limit of one entry per person.
Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted. Joint submissions are not allowed. We
can disqualify you if we consider (in our sole discretion) that your conduct is contrary to the spirit or
intention of the competition.

Prize

The prize(s) are detailed in the additional terms. Prizes are offered “as is”. You agree that any use of
the prize is at your sole cost and risk. There is no cash alternative to the prize. Only you, the
competition entrant, may collect the prize. Prizes are subject to availability. We can replace the prize
with an alternative if circumstances beyond our control require it. Please allow a reasonable time
frame for delivery of the prize.

Where the prize(s) comprise credit for use on TravelPerk’s app or platform, you cannot use that credit
in conjunction with any other credit or funds to purchase additional services. Credit cannot be drawn
as cash. Again, all other costs associated with use of TravelPerk credit are your exclusive
responsibility (including, for example, insurance, FX costs, transport, consumables, visas, and other
such costs commonly incurred in the course of travel).

Determining winners

TravelPerk will determine who wins the prize. Unless the additional terms state otherwise, we will
select the competition winner at random, drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout
the relevant participation period. Our decision is final.

We will contact the competition winner(s) using the email address provided with the competition
entry. TravelPerk may set a deadline for a winner’s response. It is the winner’s exclusive
responsibility to respond by the deadline. If the winner fails to respond, TravelPerk may award the
prize to any other competition entrant without further notice (or liability) to the winner.

Publicity

TravelPerk owns all competition entries it receives, from the point it receives them. By submitting an
entry, you grant TravelPerk permission to process your name, email address and other personally
identifiable information you provide, solely for the purpose of TravelPerk’s administration of the

https://www.travelperk.com/legal/privacy-policy/. TravelPerk may have to publish or make available
information that indicates that a valid award took place. You agree that, if you win, TravelPerk can
publish your surname and country of residence to any person entitled to receive this information who
requests it in writing.

Law

The competition is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute
arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Courts of Barcelona, Spain. Where the competition is promoted or facilitated by a third party site
(such as a social media platform), you agree to release that third party site from all liability associated
with the competition, and acknowledge that the competition is not sponsored, endorsed,
administered by or associated with that third party site.
