TravelPerk wins with its highest-rated customer support
TravelPerk’s in-house customer support team is on-hand every minute of the day to help your team overcome anything that may come up along the way. The team is reachable via the Android or iOS app chat option, phone, or email. Customers say the team “are very helpful! They follow up on your trips and save you time!”
Unfortunately, Egencia does not boast the same well-rounded customer service that you want from a travel management company. Their customer service has been reviewed as “terrible,” and finding “a good customer service rep is rare.”
TravelPerk has a feature called FlexiPerk, which allows users to get 80% of their trips refunded onto a credit card or as travel points in the platform. Travelers can cancel up to 2-hours before departure. In a world filled with uncertainty, you should be able to cancel your trip, no questions asked—and FlexiPerk allows just that.
